Gourmet Traveller

I was chasing two dreams when I moved to Australia: surfing, and the opportunity to work on a prestige magazine like Gourmet Traveller. So when I had a chance meeting with then Editor Anthea Loucas and she asked me to join the design team on GT, I was stoked! But I had to make the very hard decision to leave my amazing position at TV Week  magazine.

It was a blast working with great food writers, chefs and well respected food photographers. And the food we regularly sampled was out of this world!
